Wendy Stoddard, BS
General Manager
Wendy provides strategic and operational leadership for MMSM, focused on growth, excellence, and long-term success for the company and its clients. She brings more than 15 years of progressive healthcare experience across operations, practice management, clinical administration, human resources, and organizational development.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Baker College and an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting. She began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant, so she pairs hands-on clinical experience with leadership and operational expertise. She is passionate about helping clients build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Lindsey Yarbrough, BS, MBA
Operations Manager
Lindsey has led operations at MMSM for 13 years, bringing healthcare knowledge, operational expertise, and a results-driven mindset to every client account. She holds a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a master's degree in Healthcare Management, both from Michigan State University.
She delivers client service through operational excellence, performance benchmarks, and clear goals: building efficient processes, monitoring performance, and keeping teams focused on exceeding expectations. Her leadership is practical and data-driven, grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
